In order to setup an appointment . Please submit the form by clicking the class you would like to register your child subsequent to the submission admission office shall call you with the requirement documents need to bring them in at the time of student interview and selection process.

Mandatory Requirements

• Birth Certificate.

• Academic record /Clearance certificate.

• Father National Identity card number.

• Blood Group.

• Emergency Contact information.

In case of sibling Or Alumni of Punjab Group of Colleges please bring in father or mother attested Degree certificate copy.

Additional Requirements for Student Identification card

• Two passport size photographs.
